Booking Policy
1.Payment Terms
Payment for bookings is required at the time of reservation unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
By completing a booking, you authorise Nona (via Stripe) to charge the full amount of your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
2.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on how and where you make your booking:
3.Direct Bookings (via our website):
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made 30–60 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in or in case of no-shows.
Any costs associated with the processing of refunds will be borne by the guest.
4.Third-Party Bookings (via booking.com):
Refunds and cancellation terms are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the third-party booking platform used. Please check the policy stated on the relevant third-party platform at the time of booking. Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via Stripe or via the process defined by the third-party booking platform. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or the third-party platform’s policy. Any costs associated with the processing of refunds will be borne by the guest.
5.Booking Modifications
Changes to bookings such as guest details or dates can be requested by emailing hello@nonamadarao.com. Approval is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
